Ingredients:.
1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
1/2 cup butter milk.
2 cloves garlic.
1 tbsp hot sauce.
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken legs cut and slice into drumsticks and thighs, skin removed.
2 tbsps sesame seeds.
1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
1 1/2 tsp paprika.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
1/8 tsp salt.
Olive oil cooking spray.
Freshly ground pepper.
Instructions:.
- Whisk mustard, buttermilk, hot sauce and garlic in a shallow glass meal up until well mixed.
- Add the sliced up chicken and turn over to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for about 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the flat pan with foil. Place a wire rack in the baking sheet and coat it with the cooking spray.
